Welcome to the Umdasch Group – your future partner along the entire life cycle of a building object.

The home for

Lifecycle of a building object with its phases

In the future, we want to be the best partner for our customers along the entire life cycle of their building object: from development, planning, construction, outfitting and ongoing operation, refurbishment through to demolition and recycling. That is our vision.

The key to this: new, primarily digital technologies for greater efficiency and productivity.

The driver: sustainability. The use of new technologies makes it possible to minimise or avoid harmful greenhouse gases that are produced during the life cycle of a building.

We see the world as a broad field of development. It is growing and the associated challenges are creating opportunities and possibilities everywhere. Housing must be created worldwide, infrastructure developed and energy provided. Only in this way can the global community create decent living conditions for a growing world population.

While we already have a solid market leadership position in Europe that we need to strengthen, we still have some catching up to do in the world’s major economic growth regions, North America and Asia. The potential for growth there is high – a potential that needs to be leveraged.

Our growth strategy is to be positioned almost equally strongly in all major regions of the world – Europe, North America and Asia.
