Our business behaviour has always been based on integrity and corporate responsibility.

Both are basic prerequisites for a sustainable, strong market position and a high level of competitiveness.

This includes communicating with our internal and external stakeholders in a respectful manner and on an equal footing. It also means that we treat everyone involved equally – regardless of their nationality, age, gender, religious or sexual orientation. This is our corporate culture in practice. We pursue any deviation from this in accordance with our value system and Code of Conduct.

Umdasch Group Foundation

The Umdasch Group Foundation has set itself the goal of actively counteracting social inequality through the transfer of education and knowledge.

To this end we support global initiatives for training and further education as well as projects for the transfer of knowledge.

The focus of the Umdasch Group Foundation is on children and young people, whose potential is encouraged so that they can later lead a self-determined life and make their contribution to the well-being of society as a whole.
