Structure

The Umdasch Group is the parent company of the directly affiliated divisions. These currently include the formwork and scaffolding company Doka, the outfitting expert umdasch The Store Makers as well as umdasch Industrial Solutions specialized on scaffolding, safety and maintenance solutions for industry.

The role of the Umdasch Group is to promote growth. It does this by supporting the divisions in expanding their business with strategic core competences.

The strategy is to expand the divisional structure of the group step by step by developing new business fields along the life cycle of a building.
