Innovative butterfly technology
The portable precast plant is based on the butterfly technology. This technology combines horizontal preparation with vertical concreting – two traditional and proven methods of precast production. Using foldable steel formwork, wall and slab elements (including recesses for openings, reinforcement, and technical installations) can be ergonomically prepared in a horizontal position before the concrete is poured vertically into the battery system. This separation of preparation and concreting results in higher performance and greater output. Vertical concreting also ensures that all sides of the concrete wall achieve the desired surface quality.
Protected from external influences, the plant guarantees consistently high quality of the precast elements. Its integrated infrastructure enables straightforward plug-and-play construction.

Production facility
The portable precast plant is delivered in 40 standard containers (40 ft) and requires an area of 2–3 hectares for operation. The production hall itself has a footprint of 70 m in length, 15 m in width, and 12 m in height. Thanks to its integrated infrastructure – including two 12.5-ton cranes as well as power and water connections – it is fully equipped for efficient production.
