With the opening of the 'HOUSE OF SILHOUETTE' on 2nd December, the renowned eyewear manufacturer Silhouette Group is setting new standards for premium optics in Vienna on the occasion of its 60th anniversary. In a historic building at the prestigious address Herrengasse 1, an exclusive store awaits visitors, allowing them to immerse themselves in the world of premium eyewear.

With the new version of its umdasch eXperience Platform, umdasch The Store Makers is launching a further developed version of the software solution that digitally connects the retail industry. The application provides a central overview of all digital touchpoints and opens up a wide range of possibilities for retailers to optimise their daily business processes.

In order to raise the customer experience in the showrooms of the Audi and Volkswagen brands to a new level, umdasch The Store Makers has developed modern digital vehicle information stands in collaboration with the renowned car manufacturers. Thanks to the harmonious interplay of functionality and design, they set new standards in customer communication at the point of sale.

The Worldshop in the Lufthansa First Class Terminal at Frankfurt Airport offers a unique shopping experience for First Class customers and HON Circle members. As a leading provider of premium brand products and exclusive luggage, the Worldshop sets new standards in travel retail. Working closely with Heinemann's travel retail experts, umdasch The Store Makers created a harmonious store design with digital touchpoints that invites customers not only to shop, but also to attend special events such as vernissages.

At the end of April, hansgrohe celebrated the official opening of its new UK headquarters in Warwick. The project was realised by umdasch The Store Makers, who coordinated the conversion of the space as the main contractor and were responsible for the manufacture, delivery, and installation of the shopfitting.

On 5 June, the Fressnapf Group celebrated the opening of its first store in the Netherlands under the name Maxi Zoo in Maastricht. This was followed by the opening of another store in Coevoerden on 19 June. With the new 800 square metres Maxi Zoo stores in the Netherlands, the company is continuing to expand its business in Europe and is setting standards in pet retailing with a modern store concept. The experts at umdasch The Store Makers also have reason to celebrate, as they have been supporting the international rollout of the Future Store concept on the shopfitting side not only in the Netherlands, but also in five other European countries since January 2024.

After several months of construction, a new BILLA Corso opened on 24 April 2024 on Sieveringer Strasse in Vienna's 19th district. The striking highlight of the new store is the exclusive "Parisian chic" shop design, especially the wine bar, which was custom-made by umdasch The Store Makers and provides a fitting stage for fine wines.

In December 2023, London's luxury department store, Harrods, unveiled two new womenswear rooms dedicated to occasionwear and swimwear, as part of its redevelopment project at its Knightsbridge home. umdasch The Store Makers was entrusted with bringing Harrods’ vision to life – implementing the shopfitting based on a concept by David Collins Studio. The result sets the stage for an ideal shopping experience tailored to special occasions.

After a construction period of about one and a half years, a brand new, state-of-the-art INTERSPAR hypermarket has been built at the popular EUROSPAR location. For the umdasch Store Makers in Leibnitz, this was a double pleasure, as they were able to accompany the project in their home town as shopfitting partners.
